Who is allMedRx Specialty Pharmacy?
We are a Brick and Mortar, Mom and Pop - individually owned neighborhood pharmacy. Specializing in low-cost generic drugs and helping all individuals be able to afford their medications! We are a physical establishment in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida that will provide you with direct access to a Pharmacists and pharmacy staff to better answer your inquiries. We have expanded our pharmacy to have an online portal and be accessible from the comforts of your own home with delivery at your doorstep. 
Is allMedRx Specialty Pharmacy a secure and legitimate online Pharmacy?
-Our patient’s security and privacy are of utmost importance. Confidentiality is imperative to all parties involved. We use a merchant processing company specialized in keeping our client’s data secure. In conjunction, our HIPPA compliant pharmacy is LegitScript certified providing our customers an extra layer of security. Please do note that we will only share your personal data with your permission for the purpose of processing payment and filling prescriptions. We will not sell your data to a third party.
Oops, I made a mistake on my order. Can I return it?
- We are unable to accept returns on prescription medications. If you feel an error was made when filling the medication, we ask that you call the pharmacy or contact us at info@allmedrx.org.
Can I use my health insurance?
-We are not accepting insurance at this time.
I have an emergency, what should I do?
-In case of an emergency, immediately call 911.
Your child’s safety is of paramount importance!
-You are an extension of our family. We request you store all medication out of children’s sight and reach with a child latch or lock.
How much of my prescription can I order?
-It is essential that the correct quantity and dosage is noted on the prescription. By storing your prescription information on your profile, we will only be able to dispense the amount prescribed by your doctor.

Order Process
Do I have to setup a free profile to order my prescriptions?
-Yes! Completing your secure profile will not only expedite your checkout process and keep a history of all of your orders, it will also assist the pharmacy to better assist you with any possible inquiries. If you need help in completing your profile please call us at 855-346-0944.  
How do I order my medications?
-Quick and easy process. We provide our patients with three different methods to placing their orders. 1- I don’t have a prescription, what do I do? Create a profile and ask your physician to send your prescription to our pharmacy via escript. 2- I have my prescription. Great! Upload a picture or a copy of your prescription and one of our board-certified licensed pharmacists will follow up with your physician directly to verify it is a valid prescription. 3- I have refills left on my prescription but its at another pharmacy. Not a problem at all. Provide us with the contact information of your pharmacy and we will obtain the information to transfer the prescription.
Is a prescription required to fill my order?
-Yes. A current and valid prescription is necessary to fill your medication

Payments
Can I pay for my prescription with my FSA/HSA card?
- Yes! We can certainly process this request with a simple phone call to the pharmacy directly at 855-346-0944 and one of our representatives will better assist you.

Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number to the email address you provided. If you can't find your tracking number, you can find it in your order history in your account dashboard.
What if I didn’t get my shipment? Undelivered Shipments
We guarantee our shipments and provide you with a tracking number every time. In the rare event that the carrier loses your shipment AllMedRx Specialty Pharmacy will not issue a refund but will reship your order at no additional cost. In these instances, please contact the pharmacy to arrange for a replacement order.
Can you ship to a different address?
We can only ship to the address that is associated with your account. If you're traveling and need extra supply, that won't be a problem - we can fill up to a 90-day quantity as long as your doctor approves.
Who do you use to ship my package?
Currently, we are only shipping with USPS and UPS.
Is it safe to mail my prescriptions?
Absolutely! Your prescriptions will be shipped in an unmarked package and tracked from us to you.
