Return & Refund Policy

Prescription Return Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • By law, we cannot accept prescriptions for return or refund once they have shipped.
  • Please inspect all orders upon receipt. If there are any discrepancies with your order you must notify AllMedRx Specialty Pharmacy within 72 hours.

Changes to your order

If you order a medication and your physician prescribes a different medication, different strength or quantity, we will notify you via email.

Undelivered shipments

We guarantee our shipments and provide you with a tracking number every time. In the rare event that the carrier loses your shipment AllMedRx Specialty Pharmacy will not issue a refund but will reship your order at no additional cost. In these instances, please contact the pharmacy to arrange for a replacement order.

In the occasion where the wrong shipping address was provided and the package is not delivered as a result, you will be responsible for paying for a new prescription drug along with the full cost of shipping and handling. The pharmacy will review a recording or written or electronic record in order to ensure the shipping address initially provided was the shipping address used by the mail carrier.

 


Over the Counter Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your over-the-counter purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You can return your non-prescription purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date, with no restocking fees. Products must be unopened, in the condition you received them, and in the original box.
