Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive your order anywhere from 1-5 business days from the date that it is shipped, not the date the order was placed.
PLEASE NOTE:You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you don not receive that email, please check your spam folder. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not included in shipping days.
Fast Standard Shipping - USPS
- Delivery typically in one to five business days.
Three Day – UPS
- Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.
Second Day – UPS
- Delivery by the end of the second business da after an order has shipped. FO example, if an order is shipped out on Monday it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive Thursday.
Next day - UPS
- Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-day delivery would be delivered on Friday. AN order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
AllMedRx Specialty Pharmacy is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Do you ship to my state?
Currently, we are licensed to service and ship to the following states:

If you don’t see your state listed, don’t worry, we’re working diligently to become licensed in all 50 states as soon as possible.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number to the email address you provided. If you can't find your tracking number, you can find it in your order history in your account dashboard.
Who do you use to ship my package?
Currently, we are only shipping with USPS and UPS.
Is it safe to mail my prescriptions?
Absolutely! Your prescriptions will be shipped in an unmarked package and tracked from us to you.
What if I didn’t get my shipment? Undelivered Shipments
We guarantee our shipments and provide you with a tracking number every time. In the rare event that the carrier loses your shipment AllMedRx Specialty Pharmacy will not issue a refund but will reship your order at no additional cost. In these instances, please contact the pharmacy to arrange for a replacement order.
If you provided wrong shipping address and the package is undeliverable as a result, then you will not receive a refund and will be responsible for paying for a new prescription drug along with the full cost of shipping and handling. The pharmacy will verify the shipping address initially provided using a recording to other written or electronic record.

Can you ship to a different address?
We can only ship to the address that is associated with your account. If you're traveling and need extra supply, that won't be a problem - we can fill up to a 90-day quantity as long as your doctor approves.
